Shipping, Returns, Exchange & Warranty

Shipping and Handling

We ship to anywhere in North America for a flat rate of $15.00 per order funds and all orders over $100 have free standard shipping. 
We also offer various shipping methods, including: eJuice Wholesalers delivery fleet, Bus, FEDEX ( Federal Express Ground, Federal Express Second Day, Standard overnight) and Canada Post( Priority / Express ). 

To the rest of the world, we offer shipping options that depend upon the particular country to which we're shipping. These will vary because some services are supported to some countries and not others.  Shipping Cost calculations are based upon the size and weight of each order and also the shipping method you selected, you will obtain the shipping rate when proceed to checkout.  Please be noted that all the prices listed in the price list are ex-works price , the related freight charge, insurance premium and corresponding duty shall be borne by the customer.

Order Turnaround/Processing time, We ship the majority of orders within 2 business day upon full payment. If we have a temporary inventory shortfall or otherwise expect not to meet this timetable, we ordinarily will contact you to advise you of the Estimated Time of Arrival and determine how to proceed. Please be sure to provide us a valid e-mail address at checkout so that we can contact you easily if necessary.  Our daily shipping cutoff time is 1PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). We process orders from 9:00AM AST - 4PM AST from Monday to Friday, no orders are processed on weekends and holidays.


Returns Policy

If you received a shipment from us withDamaged, Missing or Incorrect Items, please contact Customer Service or your sales rep within 72 hours upon receiving your package.

You may return all new unopened items, except items marked final sale and/or clearance, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 – 10 days from the time we receive your product however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Exchange Policy

You may return/exchange all new unopened items, except items marked final sale and/or clearance, within 90 days of delivery for a full in-store credit to your account.  Approved exchanges should expect to receive your credit for the returned product(s) within 2 to 3 days from the time we receive your product and RMA form however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Once the credit has been applied to your account you may simply place a new sales order for whatever you wish to purchase or you may simply contact need Contact Us with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to exchange and our team will asset you with the process. 



Warranty is the wholesaler of eCigarette and Vapour in Canada hence our warranty responsibility is limited and separated from the manufacturers.  All products directly purchased from eJuice Wholesalers or its official online store ( except consumables, rebuildable products and items marked final sale and/or clearance, are covered by a limited warranty against manufacture defects for a 30 day period from the date of customer purchase or for 6 months from the Merchant purchase date ("warranty period").

All warranty requests are subject to review and inspection before approval. Please complete this request form and provide:

(a) a valid copy of customers sales receipt;

(b) a copy of this form, signed by customer;

(c) the broken part placed in plastic bag and attached to this form.

(d) Original boxes with S/N and warranty card

During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired /replaced within a reasonable period of time. Replacements will be only shipped after we receive your returned defective products with an approved RMA from us. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your warranty request.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair if:
1) The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment or unauthorized repair performed by any party other than;
2) The problem is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact or immersion in liquids, fire, or other external cause;
3) The problem is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by manufacture or from failure of following manufacture's instructions for use;
4) The product or part that has been modified;
5) The product or part has been used in conjunction with a modified part;
6) This warranty does not cover clearance products and consumable items, including but not limited to vapour/eJuice, mouthpiece, cartridges, atomizer heads (coils) , RBA, lanyard, and leather case.
8) The case, glass, or battery is damaged or worn;

NOTE: reserves the right of final decision in all warranty cases and may interpret and revise the content of this warranty terms.
